Once the plant is operational the role of Rivergum doesn’t stop. The assets need to deliver for extended periods, so Rivergum is involved with the following programs:
Commissioning and calibrations
Documentation of the correct SOPS that allow a match of production
Source and supply the ‘difficult to find and keep’ consumable parts
Ongoing monitoring, debottlenecking and debugging
As an example of sourcing the right consumable parts for the right job, Rivergum is supplying the absolute best brick cutting wires in the world. This supply chain has been managed to ensure the availability of these brick wires to the brick plants for a 20 year period. Rivergum has supplied lower end bearing seal parts common across most sand screws for a similar period of time, in addition to a broad range of wear part materials.
