Many different types of lower end outboard bearings are used in Sand Screws (Fine Material Washers). One of the most convenient types is the Plummer Block or Pillow Block bearing, external to the tub.
While these are supplied as standard items on Superior Industries Sand Screws, Rivergum Industries is now able to offer conversion kits for all Sand Screws. Standard conversion kits exist for many configurations. For all others, some dimensions are required to create one, including the stub shaft to suit the individual shaft of the Sand Screw.
